Garden Sorrel is a long lived perennial plant with edible leaves. Leaves have a tart lemony flavor, and are good in salads, soups and sauces.
 
Native to Eurasia, Garden Sorrel has been cultivated for centuries as a nutritious green eaten raw or cooked.
